I love the tiger imo. Please comment. Don't be afraid to give criticism. If it's harsh, at least tell me what to improve or make better. Thanks!

Is that a picture of your HS in the back?

If so that just makes it that much better, looks great.

I don't know if cracks would really suit this, but maybe some nice colorful lighting.

As i said before, the most plain but vivid images is what makes a yearbook/cover memorable.

you did a great job in color balance - my only concern is that the text "high" is hidden somewhat by the render - maybe a possible dupicate white text layer for depth? this also could make the name of the school pop a tad more

Thanks all for the awesome comments (and especially for the cut, I can't believe how fast that was)! I was thinking about the same exact thing about the text blending in with the tiger at that part. I can try the dup white text layer tomorrow, and see how that goes. Again, thanks guys!

edit: Yes that is my high school. I also need to make high school to words. lol

very nice, I love the tiger and everything, but my only problem with it, is that I don't think yearbooks should really have a glossy cover

Well it isn't too glossy. It just isn't textured. It like a text book in school...

Using the Tiger would be fine as your not making money off this. Hell even if you were I'm sure it'd be fine.

you should probably get your stocks from royalty free sources such as sxc.hu or the free images at dreamstime.org. Anyways, it's all a bit empty but it looks good for what it is

Holy. <Censored>.

This is perfect. Maybe add a little thing at the bottom? A tiger desaturated, 25% opac?

Nice job.

Update: The yearbook entry contest deadline ended today. I should know whether I won or not by monday. Apparently, a lot of entries were submitted today. Lame.
