Hornets to resign The Birdman

With commissioner David Stern expected to reinstate Chris Andersen on Tuesday, the Hornets will re-sign him assuming he passes his physical, according to the Times-Picayune.

Andersen was banned from the league in January of 2006 after a failed drug test. Since he was banned while a member of the Hornets, the team has 30 days to come to terms with him before the rest of the league can take action.

Lets see if he gets to take flight this season.
