Sources say trainer Mike Mancias and former Cavs liaison Randy Mims, who followed LeBron James from Cleveland to Miami, aren't allowed to fly on the Heat's team jet to away games.

Neither was hired by the Heat.

The willingness of teams to accommodate people close to James was a point of discussion during his free agency.
