The Hawks fear Al Horford suffered a torn right pectoral muscle in Thursday's game against the Cavs, according to Ken Berger of CBS Sports.
That's the area Horford reached for and the Hawks were likely already afraid of a torn pectoral muscle even before this report. He tore his left pectoral muscle in 2012 and missed the rest of the season, so there's a chance he could have the same fate. The team is awaiting results from an MRI and have not made any official comments or updates.
