Hasselbeck Still Unable To Play

Matt Hasselbeck said Tuesday that due to a leg problem from a bulging disk in his back. Hasselbeck says says surgery won't be necessary but he failed tests and was unable to walk on his heels. No pain, just a "dead-leg" feeling.

"Just got a weakness in my leg," he said. "Because of the disk issue in my back that nerve is shutting off the muscles that are supposed to work in your leg."

Hasselbeck will miss his 4th consecutive game Sunday against the Eagles. Seneca Wallace will get the start.

I'm going to take Tim Hasselbeck's word on this situation too. During a taping of NFL Live, Tim said that he would be surprised if Matt is able to come back and practice within the next few weeks even.
