INDIANAPOLIS (TICKER) —Indiana Pacers All-Star forward Danny Granger could miss three weeks with a partially torn tendon in his right foot, the team announced Thursday.

Granger, who suffered the injury in Wednesday’s loss to Charlotte, underwent an MRI Thursday in Minneapolis that revealed the tear.

The Pacers released a statement saying that Granger, the NBA’s sixth-leading scorer, will be sidelined between 10 days and three weeks.

Coming off his first career All-Star appearance, Granger is averaging 25.3 points this season.

Damn, not Granger too. Sucks for the Pacers and him for he was having a beastly year. I guess you cant have a beastly, or vastly improved year and be fully healthy throughout. lol. Look out Matt Bonner.

IND needs Granger, he's like their savior... it'll hurt them even though it's only 3 weeks
