The "Grady" text almost blends in with the background I would change the color. The render kind of looks like it was just "stuck on", I would try to blend him in a bit more.

Not feeling this man, the render effect's are way too hard. Try toning down the sig. The bg doesn't work neither.

Too much of one color, use a white color fill on soft light or something.
