Got Some Questions

A friend of mine opened his own forum (kinda sux, but thats y im there) and made me Head Admin (woohoo). Anyhow, im workin with the site and got a few questions.

1. Is anyone here familiar with the Invisionfree Layouts?
2. If so, do ya got any clue how to upload images for Buttons and such?
3. GOt a good place to get Skins (Got my current one from Ifskinzone)
4. How do you display the Sub-Forums on the main page? YOu know, like for the liunge it displays sub-forum names with clickable link under the FOrum name.

Any help is appreciated because i know some stuff, but also dont know some things.

Normally id go to the site i got my stuff from and ask them, but I'd rather ask people i know and trust. Because i know ill get an answer, and ill appreciate it whether its helpful or not

most of these questions require walk-throughs, as they could be long.

took me a little while, but i figured it out. Only problem is halfway through doing it, i realized the idiot nvr included markers and all that... just the buttons. O well, its simple design, i can make it too.
