just came across NFL.com under breaking news. The Cowboys have made interim coach Jason Garrett the full-time head coach.

With that, the Cowboys have committed to retaining Garrett as their headcoach for the 2011 season.

Man I love this move for the Cowboys, Jason Garrett doesnt run the ball enough and this is just going to help us even more! I dont think Garrett is the correct fit for this team, they are a bunch of under achievers and Garrett wont get the best out of them.

they dont need to be a heavy run team. Next season they'll have a healthy romo throwing to Witten, Austin and Dez Bryant. Even if they are one dimensional, that's STILL a brutal offense to have to defend. And if they pass the ball effectively early in games, it'll just make it that much easier to run on defenses.

Who knows -- maybe they'll trade one of their RBs and draft a younger, more versatile guy -- maybe Garrett does want to run the ball more but just doesn't have the right type of RB to fit into his offensive plan.

I don't think by having Garrett as full-time coach will help the Giants, he's actually a pretty good coach, thus far.

ughhh.

we need less quiet, pussy coaches and someone who is intense and will put some fight in the damn team. we obviously have the talent to be doing a helluva lot better than we do.
