Fins TE Keller has catastrophic knee injury

Dustin Keller is done for the season after suffering tearing the ACL, MCL, and PCL, and also dislocating his right knee.

It's a catastrophic, Marcus Lattimore-type injury and could not only threaten Keller's 2014 season -- he's a free agent next year -- but jeopardize what was left of his football career. It's a tough blow for both Keller and Ryan Tannehill, as the 28-year-old was enjoying a fantastic preseason following an injury-ruined 2012 season with the Jets. Signed to a one-year, $4.25 million deal, Keller had plans to rehab his value and land a multi-year contract next March.

Damn.

Sucks, Swearinger says he hit lower than he wanted to avoid a hit-to-head fine

Diving at someone's legs isn't avoiding a fine--it's a dangerous tackle. Now, I don't think Swearinger had bad intentions, but that's not how you make a tackle. I've never liked feet divers. It's like NFL players just want to avoid textbook tackling techniques.

But seriously, bruise my brain before you rip by leg in half. Fuck.

Swearinger still needs to learn how to tackle, apparently.

Ouch, that fucking hurts. Poor Keller. I'm sure he wants to be playing for Sanchez and the Jets now...where Sanchez throws to the other team rather than to Keller.
