According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Falcons are likely to contact the Browns about the No. 6 overall pick if Georgia WR A.J. Green falls past the Bengals at No. 4.
GM Thomas Dimitroff has a history of moving up and down in the draft, and it's no secret Atlanta needs a field stretcher with Tony Gonzalez in decline and Michael Jenkins' inability to separate. Green would be the split end, deep threat to Roddy White's flanker. It would take a lot of work on Atlanta's part, but sounds like a match made in heaven. The Browns also have so many weaknesses that a trade down might be exactly what they want.

Wow.. I want to believe this is a major smoke-screen, as somebody wouldn't obviously intentionally open up this big of news before the Draft this soon. However, if it is true, this is going to be one interesting year. In a year where it'll be much easier to slide around the Draft board, if the Falcons can snag Green adding with Roddy.. That's solid.
