What are your expectations for Griffin next year?

I think Doc will get him to understand that the way he plays offensively isn't good for him or the team. I expect to see a more inside oriented player next season who does more work in the post rather than taking jumpers he can't make.

He actually has a nice hook shot that he works by going towards the rim, but god knows why he didn't showcase it more often. He also has good counters with the drop step or up and under. Or when facing up he has a very effective rocker.

I fully expect Doc to get him down into the post or short corner more next season.

I really wish they would pair him with a center who can extend the floor just a little. DeAndre Jordan is such a hindurance to him. Need to find them a Mehmet Okur, let Blake have the paint.

Which brings another thought GMF.

Melo, Amare, Bargnani are a real bad thought defensively. That will be devastating.

vdn play glorifies streetball so blake did whatever he wanted. but dj clogs the paint so he has no room to work. i think doc will help blake, a lot, but dj is still a problem.

He'll get a lot of dunks, enough rebounds, play absolutely no defense, and do a lot of unwarranted bitching to referees.

That's all I expect.
