Ewing Turns Down Knicks D-League Coaching Job

Patrick Ewing has rejected an offer from the New York Knicks to become head coach of the Erie BayHawks of the D-League.

Ewing is currently without a job for the 12-13 season after being an assistant coach for several seasons with the Orlando Magic.

Ewing interviewed for the Charlotte Bobcats' head coaching position in June.
