Just look at what Greg Jennings did last year for the Vikings with nobody at QB:
68 catches, 804 yards, 4 TDs
 
Decker should expect roughly the same numbers...

I don't think anyone ever questioned that Greg Jennings was a #1 WR though. His age could have factored into that too though I suppose.
