Ed Davis Discussing Extension With Memphis

Ed Davis' representatives and the Memphis Grizzlies have been discussing a contract extension this month, according to sources.

It remains to be seen whether negotiations reach a serious stage.

Davis ranks as the sleeper of this extension class after he was barely used by former Memphis coach Lionel Hollins upon arriving in Memphis in late January as part of the Rudy Gay trade.

Based on what he did once he got to Memphis, I think a 3 year 15M deal would be fair for both sides.
