Don't think this is that bad of news. OKC isn't going anywhere this year, and if anything it just gives Westbrook and Green some time to grow and get a week or two of stardomThunder forward Kevin Durant will miss one-to-two weeks with a Grade II ankle sprain, according to a team source.
This is what we were afraid of, though the possibility that he'll return in a week is encouraging. Keep him on your bench until further notice -- the Thunder play four times next week, and it's probable that Kyle Weaver will start at shooting guard, moving Thabo Sefolosha to small forward. However, it will be Jeff Green and Russell Westbrook picking up most of the slack offensively.
