Puerto Rico's professional basketball league has engaged Allen Iverson in talks about a possible deal, according to sources.

The league's teams are discussing a bidding process for Iverson as officials from the leagues are talking to Gary Moore, Iverson's business manager.

The league begins in March and has a 30-game season.

“Allen could sell out arenas in the league,” one official said.

I still think he could be a solid player off the bench for someone.

Not unless he checks his ego at the door.

I think at this point he realizes what his role would be.

AI will and always will see himself as "the man." I don't care what comes out of his mouth.

I would like to see AI get another chance, one of the most exciting players in my time, definitely doesnt deserved to be shunned by the NBA.
