In efforts to find any amount of talent in any place, the Dolphins are brining in former Dallas Cowboys and New York Jets' QB Quincy Carter for a workout. Dolphins coach Tony Sparano says the workout is merely an evaluation and stresses that the Dolphins are looking to turn over every stone this off-season.
Carter was an Arena League QB turned Cowboys' starter under Bill Parcells. Carter then played for the New York Jets before drugs and poor play ended his career. Carter would be a good fit for Miami seeing how Miami's offense is essentially Dallas' offense under the Bill Parcells regime.
Currently Miami has Josh McCown, John Beck, and Chad Henne slotted at QB. -AE
