Jeff Ireland, general manager of the Miami Dolphins, had a heated encounter with a fan during halftime of Sunday's win against the Raiders.
At one point a fan said to Ireland, "We need you to fire yourself."

Ireland responded by using the term "a--hole" either directed at the fan or loud enough for the fan to hear as he walked away.
