With Sproles tearing it up, does this make LT trade bait with all of the injuries also?

I don't think so. They know what LT is capable of when he's healthy. They know they have a good 1-2 combination though.

I said no also.
I don't think Sproles can carry the load as a starter for the whole season.

I voted No. I dont necessarily think it makes him trade bait, but it does make him more vulnerable to be thought of to trade. He has produced this year, not as well as expected, but he has produced, while battleing injury basically the whole season. I think it`s more of a flip-side of things. That Sproles, isn`t necessarily trade-bait, but he has more value on the Chargers now and he ran all over the Colts, not exactly an easy team to beat on any given day, on National Television, in the playoffs, which got other teams attention. They would be wise to keep both, unless LT gets injured again, than they might trade him, or make it a higher possibility. They seemed to be good at hatching great talent at RB though, Turner, who is now the Falcons star RB), Sproles(Ran all over the Colts in the playoffs), of course LT(No more needs to be said) and possibly a great talent in Jacob Hester(Rook out of Louisiana State, who had an ok game against Denver week 17).

Plus, any offense can look good running against the Colts. They don't necessarily have the greatest run defense or defense in general.

I really don't see them trading LT, but man think of the players they could get for him. Too be honest if I were the chargers though i'd trade LT, I have a feeling he's the next Shaun Alexander.

Lol, because he'd love to go to the Lions.
lol you never know. Turner went from the Chargers to the Falcons, who went 4-12 last year. lol but I wouldn`t see that happening either. He would definately want to go somewhere were he can be a starter, like in Denver maybe(they might have another year of constant RB injuries), or KC maybe. If he was traded that is, which most likely wont be the case, at least not now. LT would probably go first before Sproles, IMO.

a few years ago when Alexander was in his prime I bet you would never say that he would end up as an unsigned free agent

Alexander wasn't arguably one of the top 3 backs in NFL History.

but he still had phenomenal years.

There's always the possibility that LT could suffer another injury or worsen his current one if he pushes it too far.
I dont think he'll end up like Alexander, and you dont trade LT for sproles. You dont want Sproles to end up suffering the Ryan Grant syndrome. Ya know, do great in a few games starting, then the next year suck.

Lt isn't going to be traded they'll keep both of them and continue to tear it up with their running game

I don't think so either, if anything it makes Sproles traid bait. But if he is a Fa after this year, he won't be coming back. I doubt he wants to be a backup, as much as SD might want him back.
