The Pistons won't trade forward Tayshaun Prince unless the veteran requests a deal, according to a source.

The source added that even if Detroit did trade Prince, they'd likely wait until closer to February's midseason trade deadline.

As for talent, he isn't bad at all?

sure he isnt bad, but hes not good. he could be a 17ppg/7rpg/5apg player but instead he sits back and lets players like maxiel out play him most nights.

14 and 5 regardless will help out teams. He is also a good defender. Couple that with his expiring, I don't see how Prince can't be traded.
