Details About Millsap's Offer Sheet

Tim Buckley of the Deseret News is reporting that Portland's offer sheet to restricted Jazz free agent Paul Millsap includes $10,354,000 payable up front, within seven days.

DeAngelo Simmons, Millsap's representative, today called the four-year, roughly $32 million contract both "unique" and "complex."

The Jazz have until the end of next week to decide whether or not to match, and general manger Kevin O'Connor today suggested that the matter remains under consideration.
