NFL.com - Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson was fined $10,000 for unsportsmanlike conduct for unnecessarily flipping the ball toward Giants defensive coordinator Perry Fewell after a 50-yard reception last Sunday night, according to a league source.

The catch was negated by offsetting penalties after Jackson was penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct and Giants defensive tackle Linval Joseph was penalized for illegal use of the hands.

thats stupid.

I mean, I understand him getting penalized in the game, although I didn't agree with it negating the play since it was a penalty after the play. This league is getting ridiculous.

Bill Sheridan > Perry Fool

You have to be truly awful to be worse than Sheridan.

Dude, shut the fuck up. Fewell is 10x better than Sheridan who didin't have a fucking clue what he was doing. Have you seen the pass rush? Osi and JPP have been phenomenal this year. Our best CB (Thomas is better than Webster) is on IR since preseason. 3rd best CB, Amukamara, has played 1 game this year. Starting MLB went out for the year, in pre-season. 2nd best LB, in a 4-3 zone, is a Defensive End (Kiwi). Quite frankly, the fact that we're even over .500, is a blessing. So seriously, shut the fuck up.

Terrell Thomas isn't that good. Hell, Aaron "Hamstring" Ross is basically giving us what Thomas would've had this year. Seeing the likes of Tavaris Jackson, Rex Grossman, Charlie "Clipboard Jesus" Whitehurst, Vince Young and Alex Smith carve up this defense is beyond embarrassing.

When Fool had the ball thrown at him last week, did you notice how no one on the defense stood up for him? Numerous Giants have blasted Fool's schemes, this includes Canty, Tuck and Boley.

terrell thomas is our best CB whether you like it or not.

I dont give a shit what Tuck says. He hasn't done shit this year when other guys on our D-line have stepped up. I dont care what Michael Boley says when he's injured. I don't care. We've had too many injuries on Defense to blame the Coordinator.

We have 0 talent at Linebacker when Boley is injured. We have a bunch of rookies there with no knowledge of Zone Coverage, leaving the middle of the field wide open. That falls on Jerry Reese for not establishing enough depth at Linebacker.

Giants have also forced a turnover in 23 straight games, and have a +7 turnover ratio this year.
