Not sure what the point of this is. The team wasn't good enough to compete, or even close, during Shaw's tenure. It was going to take time. Unless the whole "6 weeks" thing was actually meant to say "it's almost over" instead of "six weeks to show improvement," which seems more likely, this firing is completely pointless.

not one player liked him. thats the problem. the other problem is when he came in, the roster wasnt as bad as he has them playing. the six weeks thing is until the season is over, thats another problem. even when a roster is bad, you cant always have a bad coach.

Are you kidding? Of course they were saying 6 weeks as in they can GTFO in 6 weeks. They weren't playing hard. No player liked him. He feuded with everyone. Pretty sure I read he banned texting in the locker room or something. He's old school. This situation wasn't fixable. He had to go
