Former Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics guard Delonte West who hasn't played in the NBA since 2012 was recently spotted wandering around outside of a Jack in the Box around 10 PM all by himself with no shoes.
A fan (pictured) approached him and asked, "Are you Delonte West?" -- he replied, "I used to be but I'm not about that life anymore."
West has had drug/alcohol issues throughout his career, and it seems to be they are at its worse right now.
