Owner Mark Cuban said he will send tapes of the Denver game into the league office, but not necessarily for the final foul that decided the game.
At issue, he said was a wild elbow tossed by Denver's J.R. Smith at the end of the first half.
"I will personally make sure that J.R. Smith is suspended," Cuban said. "He threw an elbow right at the end of the first half. He threw an elbow that barely missed, and it was a hard elbow. It was face high. And the rule says if you throw that, you are gone. And, we told the officials, and they went in and looked at it at halftime. They could have assessed a flagrant and didn't.
"It should have been a flagrant foul one or two. That's just wrong. It doesn't matter whether you hit them or not. That would have hurt somebody. It's a flagrant one or two."
