QB - Payton Manning (Best QB in the league IMO, reads the defense better then anyone else)
RB - Adrian Peterson (No better RB in the league, speed and power all in one)
WR - Larry Fitzgerald (Possesion WR with the big play ability)
WR - Steve Smith (Most underrated WR in the league, has the ability to turn a slant into a 90 yarder)
TE - Jason Witten (Perfect fit alongside Manning)

LE - Osi Umenyiora (cant have Osi w/o Tuck)
RE - Justin Tuck (Cant have Tuck w/o Osi)
NT - Albert Haynesworth (Plugs the hole, great run stopper and pass rusher)
LLB - James Harrison (Perfect for 3-4 defense with his pass rush ability)
MLB - Jon Beason (In on every tackle, new age Ray Lewis)
MLB - Ray Lewis (Whats a defense without Ray Lewis? lol)
RLB - DeMarcus Ware (Another perfect fit for the 3-4, best pass rusher in the league)
CB - Nnamdi Asomugha (Top man to man defender at corner)
CB - OJ Atogwe (Turnover machine, 5 INTs and 6 FF)
FS - Ed Reed (Playmaker, hard hitter all in one)
SS - Tray Polamalu (Hard Hitter, always seen to make a play)

I dare someone to match that lol

* - OLB's such as Ware & Harrison wouldn't be playing OLB in a 4-3 defense. The OLB in a 3-4 is more like the DE position in a 4-3 offense. Guys like Harrison and Ware are not best suited to patrol in zone coverage and run with backs & TE's. Both are playing an outside contain position....which is a DE in a 4-3.
