1. detriot lions- eugene monroe, ot, virginia
lions need a oline bad, but also need a qb. without a great oline you can't keep your franchise qb up straight. the lions have monroe and smith to pick out of here, they go with monroe.

2. st. louis rams- andre smith, ot, alabama
orlando pace has aged and is leaving a huge hole to fill, who is better to fill that gap than andre smith?

3. kansas city chiefs- michael crabtree, wr, texas tech
around 70% of kansas citys completions went to two players, one being a te. they need a wr badly, while they have become high on thigpen. crabtree is the obvious pick here.
4. seattle seahawks- bj raji, dt, boston college
seattle has alot of needs, but lb and de aren't one of those. dt is though, keep building. raji is the pick.

5. cleveland browns- vontae davis, cb, illinois
curry is a real hraard prospect to pass here, but i predict that davis will climb up the boards closer we get to the draft. he is being compared to darrelle revis of the jets. who is now the coach of the browns? davis is the pick.

6. cincinnati bengals- jason smith, ot, baylor
ahhh, the bengals. going into last season the oline was a "strength" now it is a major weakness that needs to be revamped. smith may be a steal in this spot, some consider him the #2 ot.

7. oakland raiders- michael oher, ot, ole miss
oakland also needs a oline, maybe they can get their investments going with this pick. oher is the pick.

8. jacksonville jaguars- jeremy maclin, wr, missouri
the jags need a playmaker at reciever badly, this is a big reach but will bring explosiveness to their offense. maclin will be a good reciever.

9. green bay packers- brian orakpo, de, texas
this is probably the easiest pick to make, the pack are switching from a 4-3 to a 3-4, who better to be their first selection than the freak of nature? brian orakpo is the pick.

10. san francisco 49ers- matthew stafford, qb, georgia
san fran has many needs but they get a treasure here, stafford makes a minor slip to #10 but becomes the franchise qb of the 9ers. the bust that they call alex smith could make them hesitant, but i believe this will be the pick.

11. buffalo bills- everette brown, de, georgia tech
buffalo has a decent d, but they lack a consistent pass rush. brown would bring that. everette brown is the pick here.

12. denver broncos- aaron maybin, de, penn state
the broncos will go rb or dline with this pick. it's either out of maybin or perria jerry. they go with the athletic maybin.

13. washington redskins- perria jerry, dt, ole miss
the skins have some good things on their d, but they lack a difference maker at dt. jerry is the pick here, could be a steal in the future.

14. new orleans saints- aaron curry, olb, wake forest
by the grace of god aaron curry somehow falls to the saints. what a pickup this would be. the pick of davis by the browns makes this happen.

15. houston texans- tyson jackson, de, lsu
sure it is a reach, but jackson could be a a playmaker for the texans. doubles will likely go the way of williams or okoye, leaving tyson one on one.

16. san diego chargers- rey maualuga, ilb, usc
chargers came on late, but still have some needs. they have a great set of olbs in phillips and what's his name? they get a good ilb to pare with those two right here. imo, this would be the most underrated and overlooked pick in the draft.

17. new york jets- william moore, s, missouri
the jets have a very good safety in kerry rhodes, but their other is nothing more than a backup. moore would have good value at this pick.

18. chicago bears- darrius heyward-bey, wr, maryland
the bears have a glaring hole at offensive playmaker. defense could be a good pick here, but heyward has alot of potentials and could potentially be the best wr to come out of this draft. he has all the tools to be a great wr in the nfl.

19. tampa bay buccaneers- mark sanchez, qb, usc
the bucs need a qb, end of story. i don't think sanchez is a great nfl qb, but for whatever reason alot of mocks have him rated high. he takes a slip, but falls into the bucs laps. sanchez is the pick.

20. detroit lions- josh freeman, qb, kansas state
is this a reach? sure it is. but it could pay huge dividends for the lions. they are in need of a qb, and nearly pickup one they may consider at #1. they settle for freeman who has good upside.

21. philadelphia eagles- percy harvin, wr, flordia
the eagles pick a wr in the first for the second season in a row. harvin has pretty good value here and brings another weapon to the eagles offense. and most of all, he is a playmaker at wr. harvin and jackson will go well together.

22. minnesota vikings- alex mack, c, california
birk isn't aging backwards. the vikes pick up a very good prospect at center in alex mack. good pick here.

23. new england patriots- malcolm jenkins, cb, ohio state
the pats lost asante samuel last season in fa and left a small need. d.j. moore or alphonso smith are both possible picks.

24. atlanta falcons- brandon pettigrew, te, oklahoma state
one of the falcons biggest needs is at te. they fill a need here in the first with pettigrew. good blocker and has good hands. isn't very athletic but that isn't a need.

25. miami dolphins- duke robinson, og, oklahoma
you know parcells likes lineman. robinson would be a good value pick here.

26. baltimore ravens- kenny britt, wr, rutgers
the ravens need a upgrade at wr, britt may be a bit of a reach but could be a good addition for the ravens.

27. indianapolis colts- brian cushing, olb, usc
the colts don't have many needs, but could use a upgrade at olb. cushing would be a steal in this position.

28. philadelphia eagles- eben britton, ot, arizona
the eagles get a steal at the 28th pick with britton, the eagles could use a upgrade along the oline. high value pick.

29. new york giants- clint sintim, olb, virginia
the giants don't have alot of needs, but could use a small upgrade at olb. sintim could be a very small steal, good value.

30. tennessee titans- hakeem nicks, wr, north carolina
the titans need a wr, that is obvious. bit of a reach.

31. pittsburgh steelers- alphonso smith, cb, wake forest
pitt gets a good selection with a corner in the first.

32. arizona cardinals- chris wells, rb, ohio state
the cardinals could use some help at rb with james aging and hightower not blowing anyone away this season. very good pick for the cards.

lol, I'm going to tell you now, there is absolutely no way in hell we pick Davis at #5. If we were to pick a CB that high, we'd take Jenkins. But we'll probably take a linebacker, and the best there is Curry.

it's kinda like a "into the future" type mock.

i believe davis will rise up boards, and because he is being compared to darrelle revis from the jets, the browns may look at him in the coming months leading up to the draft.

The rb from Iowa will go before chris wells will. Wells gets hurt to much always of the sideline and hightower is Arizona's RB. They could go on the defensive side at LB.

^I agree Knowshon will most likely be the first RB chosen. It would be a surprise if Stafford dropped out of the top 5 but how could 9 teams pass on him? Have you seen them play before?

1. detriot lions- new guy likes lineplay, they could use a qb, but i see them taking a franchise tackle.

3. kansas city chiefs- very high on thigpen

4. seattle seahawks- too much depth at qb as it is.

7. oakland raiders- have russell, won't use a pick on a qb

8. jacksonville jaguars- MAYBE, have much bigger needs

9. green bay packers- aaron rodgers

10. san francisco 49ers- ding ding ding

depending on if they re-sign Daunte Robinson, the Texans might be going CB. DE is another issue, but without Robinson, that is a bigger hole to fill

Seahawks with too much depth at QB? Hasselback is declining, and injury prone. And if you rely on Seneca Wallace as your QB, I truly feel sorry for you. Stafford will go top five, I can pretty much put money down on that.

Also Monroe over Smith? Really? Smith is much better.

Also the lack of capitalization makes it hard to read.

sorry cp3.. but that mock is way off..

sanchez is going to be top 10
jenkins aint dropping outta top 15
stafford is top 3
beanie wells is not going to be the 32nd pick..
vontae davis and jenkins should be switched
the chiefs arent high on thigpen and said they are looking for a qb , and also need to fill Big Tony's spot when he leaves, and Larry Johnson wants out of KC as well

the vikings will not draft a Center...
no way in hell will they draft a center two years in a row.. they are developing John Sullivan right now and he looks promising..

if they do go the off line route it will be a tackle.

Hightower isn't anything special, they were last in rushing in the NFL for a reason.

hightower was #116 amongst rb's in the nfl at 2.8 ypc. he was #16 during the playoffs at 3.8 ypc.

Lions are known for making dumb draft picks. I think Lions will take a QB. But they will take a trade for the number 1
