A trade that sent 2nd year defensive lineman, John McCargo, from Buffalo to Indianapolis, was nullified yesterday.
McCargo will head back to Buffalo after doctors in Indianapolis discovered a bulging disk in his lower back. The bulging disk is an automatic failed physical and a failed physical is an automatic void to any trade.
The 26th pick in the 2006 NFL Draft, McCargo has underachieved in Buffalo, failing to crack the starting lineup and was looking for a fresh start in Indianapolis.
As for Indianapolis, a defense that is 29th in the league at stopping the run, waived Lajuan Ramsey on Tuesday in anticipation of the upgrade at defensive tackle. -AE
