According to a report by Aran Smith from NBADraft.net, top Chinese prospect Xu Yong has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, a form of bone cancer that is extremely dangerous, and if confirmed will likely end his basketball career and even worse could potentially end his life.

Yong is best prospect to come out of China since Yao Ming, according to Smith.
