Call it the Target Field or Joe Mauer factor… what have you; the Minnesota Twins see the biggest increase in Opening Day payroll from last year to this, jumping 14 spots from 24th in 2009 to 10th this year. Is that crazy or what for the Twins? Good for them, thats a team you cant really hate cuz its a classy organization and they play fundamental baseball.
