Celtics Sign P.J. Brown
BOSTON - The Boston Celtics announced today that they have signed center-forward P.J. Brown. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Brown, a 6'11", 239 pound forward, will be entering his 15th year in the NBA. Brown played for the Chicago Bulls during the 2006-07 season and averaged 6.1 points to go along with 4.8 rebounds in 20.2 minutes per game. The Louisiana Tech product has career averages of 9.2 points, 7.8 rebounds in 31.4 minutes per game. Brown has appeared in 81 career playoff games and has posted an average of 8.4 points and 7.9 rebounds per game in over 2,500 career postseason minutes played.
Good pick up for the C's. Brown is a good player.

yea good pickup...But I think he'll fade out, he's already admitted to not working out and he said he loves the retired life...So I doubt he's in too great of shape.

Yea, but give him a few practices and games and he'll be in decent shape.

Dudes like 60, he'll be winded in no time lol. But I think this was a good pickup, assuming he plays/gets used how he should

I like this pick up, it adds a little more depth to the forward and center spots. we needed another post.

Brown is 38 so..

Who knows how this will work for Boston..

I don't see why Brown didn't come here, since he grew up here in Detroit.
