Because people have been penciling him in on other teams starting lineups since his rookie year, reports constantly come out with absolutely no new information seemingly on a weekly basis about how he is not happy and wants out, among other things. It's annoying, and I'm probably going to re-live it with Embiid. Should be sweet after his 2nd month of stellar play when news sites start publishing he wants to play for the Lakers in 5 years.
