The turmoil of the Cleveland Cavaliers' season is beginning to get worse, as players are pointing to Kyrie Irving and Dion Waiters, along with an unhappiness with Mike Brown and his coaching staff.

Hes acting like he doesnt care, said one unnamed player about Irving.

Its pretty much a mess, one source close to the team said.

Brown has seven assistants, which is causing players to become confused when told different things.

Were getting too many mixed messages, one player said. This isnt very much fun. We were losing last year with Byron, but at least we were having fun.

Two sources indicated that the Cavaliers' roster will likely face upheaval if the team doesn't turn around their situation quickly. Waiters is a possible trade candidate, while Irving will likely receive a max contract offer in the offseason.

Two sources close to the team confirmed that barring a significant turnaround before the trade deadline, this roster will likely face some upheaval. That very well could include Waiters, whose act has worn thin on his teammates and various members of the organization.

Waiters is just in his second season, but has continued to show a level of immaturity both on the court and behind closed doors with teammates. He was taken with the fourth overall pick in the 2012 draft, so the Cavs have been reluctant to trade him so quickly, despite his clashes with Kyrie Irving — unquestionably, the team’s star player and the one they want to build around for the future.

Wouldn't surprise me either way. However if ownership decides to go in a different direction GM and Coach wise they may keep Waiters to see if a change of regime could get him back on track...
