Detroit Free-Press - Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson hinted on Thursday that he may not be long for Detroit.

"Put it like this, if we turn this thing into a winner, I'm happy," Johnson said.

"I've won 11 games since I've been here in four years. Losing definitely sucks, and you definitely don't want to be around losing. You can't get used to that. I can't get used to it because I haven't come from that. I've been used to winning. And if this thing can't get turned around, man, like I said — I'm just going to leave it at I can't get used to it. I want to win."

Johnson is having a Pro Bowl-type season with 62 catches for 872 yards and an NFC-leading 12 touchdowns.

well hopefully next year we can have a pretty good team. We only need a few pieces really. And stafford needs to stay healthy.

Sorry to all my boys from Detroit but reality check...the Lions suck & one of the best WR's in the league is being held hostage. "They're getting better", I know this but how much longer is it going to take? CJ81 is an elite wideout in this league and at this rate, the Lions won't, (if ever), be ready to seriously contend until after he's past his prime. This isn't fair, he works too hard, and he consistently puts up the numbers.

What would CJ's numbers look like if he were in Andre Johnson's shoes...or what if he had a quarterback like Phillip Rivers? I can guess but I'd prefer to see it for myself. I'll say 1 more dismal season in Detroit and this guy demands out.

Well I think we will have a much better team next year if we have another good offseason like last year. And if Stafford can stay healthy. And yeah if Calvin left Detroit would hate him probably but I would understand it though haha.

This isn't a LeBron move... Has CJ gotten into the playoffs? No. Has he had a chance to strut his stuff with a damn good team around him? No.

CJ going to a contender instantly makes the team who gets him, basically a Top 5 team. Hands down. Best WR in football.

Well, the Bengals will need a WR next year so come on over to the Bengals, Calvin. Your odds of winning won't be much higher but that's alright. I don't know what the Lions would do without this guy.

He still has two years left on his contract guys lol. So you gonna have to wait two more years. By that time we will definitely be better look at how much better at team is this year. Our record doesnt show it but yeah.

Meh he doesnt seem like a guy that would do that. Lions would have a hefty price for him to in a trade to.

Calvin Johnson wasn't born in Akron. I'm sure he loves his fans but at the end of the day, he's made it pretty clear that he values winning over all else.

From what I've seen and heard, Megatron is a <Censored>ing awesome teammate. I know he won't have "The Decision: 2" when he makes up his mind. If he goes, he goes. Detroit has had him for what four-or-five years now. He suffered a <Censored>ing win-less season, fans can't be mad at him for taking his talents elsewhere.

They're trying to build an offense, I understand that, but when two first round picks can't seem to produce due to injury, the situation is quite grim.

Don't blame him, he deserves better. However I think he will end up staying.
