It's not an entirely foregone conclusion that the St. Louis Rams will be trading the No. 2 overall pick in the NFL Draft, but the general consensus is that this is something that will take place. Depending on which team takes the plunge to acquire that pick -- and most likely use it to select Robert Griffin III -- it could have a very big effect on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who possess the No. 5 pick, a subject explored by Stephen Holder of the Tampa Bay Times.

If the pick doesn't change hands -- or if it's the Cleveland Browns who acquire it, thereby keeping the Top 4 teams the same -- then the Bucs may have their choice between RB Trent Richardson and CB Morris Claiborne at No. 5. However, if it's one of the other teams moving up, then the Browns may elect to use that fourth pick on one of those players -- especially if the Minnesota Vikings nab WR Justin Blackmon at No. 3 (the Browns are unlikely to grab OT Matt Kalil).

Certainly an interesting facet to all the trade buzz on that No. 2 pick
