The Milwaukee Bucks intend to match any offer sheets signed by Brandon Jennings.

Jennings will become a restricted free agent on July 1.

"It's our intention for Brandon Jennings to remain a Milwaukee Buck," John Hammond said. "We're hoping to negotiate with him fairly through the July process.

"At the conclusion of our negotiations if we have not reached a deal and they choose to go out and seek an opportunity in the open market, our intention then would still be to match."

The Bucks have been in contact with Jennings since the season ended.

"He's been tremendous and he's been very positive," Hammond said of his conversations with Jennings.

So someone should offer him a max deal he doesn't deserve just to screw the Bucks over?

Jesus, Milwaukee. Don't play that card.

"You're not getting our not-a-top-5 (or maybe even 10) Point Guard!"
