Lots of former Canes coaches with head gigs in the NFL these days.

I saw on twitter that he's bringing Norv with him. Will also be running a 3-4 scheme.

He's also familiar with Cleveland being their OC during 07 and 08.

I actually like this hire. Definitely prefer him over Whisenhunt.

Getting Norv as the OC is pretty solid too.
