A source with knowledge of the situation tells PFT that Titans receiver Kenny Britt will not appeal his one-game suspension for multiple violations of the personal-conduct policy.

Both Britt and the team regard the suspension as light, considering the sheer magnitude of run-ins with the law.
Future incidents undoubtedly will result in an even greater suspension. Also, if Britt ultimately is convicted of or pleads guilty or no contest to the DUI charges that triggered the one-game suspension, further action could be taken against him.

This guy is so talented but yet he always seems to find a way to get into more trouble. It's a shame.
