I saw no renders of Phillips in the gallery so I decided to do one, and I couldn't find a really big one or better quality so sorry about that.

Also, since I'm on the crew now, do I just add them myself or does the head of the crew or someone else add them?

jarrod usually adds the voids and whatnot.

Anyone on the crew can add them, but do them after 2-3 days of being posted or after they've been fixed up enough after our criticism. Then just post "Added", add, and close the thread. That simple.

try playing with the goatee a bit -- use clone tool and/or curl brushes -- looks a tad too sharp-edged right now-

Tried fixing the goatee, not the greatest, I still think that it wouldn't look bad in a sig, but you guys can take it out if you want.
