Associated Press - The Patriots took control of the AFC East with a 37-16 victory over the Jets on Sunday night.
Tom Brady threw for 329 yards and three touchdowns against New England's most recent rival.
"It's very sweet," Brady said, "getting this win."
The Patriots were coming off two losses and were seeking to avoid their first three-game losing streak in a decade.
"Losing two straight, you have 14 days of just feeling crappy," Brady said. "Every day of practice is harder. It's hard to build on losses. It feels really good to win this one.
