Oklahoma State WR Justin Blackmon confirmed that he plans to participate in all drills at the Combine, including the 40-yard dash.
Some draft-eligibles opt not to run the forty after being advised by agents that it could hurt their stock. Admirably, Blackmon will do it all. In an interview with NFL Network's Albert Breer, Blackmon predicted that he'll run in the high 4.4s to low 4.5s. That would help his chances of being a top-10 pick.
