I don't know - kind of hard not to say that the only 2-time Heisman winner Archie Griffin isn't the biggest bust .

most only know him as the only 2-time winner

There are a lot of names that can be placed on this list. Guys like Heath Shuler, Akili Smith, Andre Ware, Griffin, Lawrence Phillips, and how can you forget about Rae Carruth...

But because of the weeks worth of "Who's going first overall", and because he was given over $11 million guaranteed upon being drafted...I have to go with Ryan Leaf.

If some of you may remember, people were looking at Leaf as a future Hall of Fame quarterback. Many analysts thought Leaf was better suited to be an NFL quarterback than Peyton Manning was.

Another reason is that Leaf didn't just suck, he did nothing but 'snap' at reporters and go into public tirades, completely tarnishing his image from the start.
