What was the best season hitting and pitching wise a player on your favorite team ever had?

For my Mets:

Mike Piazza's 2000: 38 HR 113 RBI .324 BA .398 OBP and 1.012 OPS
Dwight Gooden's 1985: 24-4, 276.2 IP, 1.53 ERA, 228 ERA+, 0.965 WHIP, 268 K/69 BB

this is the best i remember.

Adrian Beltre 2004: 48 HR. 121 RBI. 104 Runs. 32 doubles. 200 hits. .334/.388 OBP. 1.017 OPS

totally robbed of MVP. I'm still bitter because the Dodgers won the division and Bonds already had a million MVPs lol

Albert Belle in 1996: .311 average, 48 homers, 148 RBIs.
Joe Jackson hit .408 for the Indians in 1911.

Pitching:
Bob Feller in 1946: 26-15, 2.18 ERA, 36 complete games, 10 shutouts, 348 strike outs.
And Cliff Lee last year, 22-3, 2.54 ERA.

Offensive: Prince Fielder, 2009, 46 Home Runs, 141 RBI's, .299 BA, .412 OBP.
Pitching: Mike Caldwell, 1978, 22-9 Record, 2.36 ERA

Haha I really can't think of many pitching seasons that really stand out.
