Best NFC West QB?

Who is the best QB in the NFC West?
 
It is hard to overlook how much better Carson Palmer is as a passer than Russell Wilson, but Palmer is essentially a statue whereas Russ's improvisational abilities are what make him a very good, borderline top 10 QB. I'm going with Russ.

From the past two seasons's performances, I'd rather have Kap and Foles over Palmer. Like, clearly Russ is the best, but this should have more than 2 choices

As a passer I'd take Wilson over Palmer easily, so I'm not quite sure how you're coming to the conclusion Palmer is overwhelmingly better. That is making too much out of his 6 game start last year and ignoring the previous few years.

Palmer's pretty average and I think the awful QB's that filled in last year after he got hurt have made him a tad overrated.
