Place these five duos from 1-5.

Dallas: Nowitzki / Jordan
Houston: Motiejunas / Howard
Memphis: Randolph / Gasol
New Orleans: Davis / Asik

I based mine on off/def capabilities

DMo/D12 haven't played together, really at all, but I like what each does for another, Motiejunas ability to make space for Howard to roam as he wishes on offense, and D12s ability to make up for DMos defensive inefficiencies

Pretty much the same reasoning for DJ/Dirk.. Though I think offensively DJ isn't as good as Motiejunas offensively, which is why their lower

As for NO, I believe out of all 5 they have the best defense as a tandem, but Asiks offense drops them, tbh them and Dallas are interchangeable

I did something similar, for Dallas I felt like the fact that they had one offensive guy that won't give you much of value defensively and one defensive guy that won't give you much of value offensively dropped them to last. Thought Memphis had the most well rounded duo. The Pelicans had in my opinion have the best big in the division in AD, but also the "worst" in Asik.

I don't think you gotta put parenthesis around that.

I honestly think some people underrate how good Dwight Howard still is. He's possibly the second best big in this division. It's AD and then it's 2a. Gasol and 2b. Dwight.

If Dwight could make free throws he'd probably be the best big in the Southwest.

I don't think anyone would argue that Dwight is the 3rd best on the list

It's that DMo is the 2nd worst/worst, depending on your opinion of Asik

Wouldn't Jones start over Montiejunas anyways?
