I go after Jim Harbaugh, Jeff Fischer, Bill Cowher, Mike Martz or Jim Fassel.

In the draft I don't say go quarterback number one, I may bring in a few good corners or other players for defense. This draft is kinda weak compared to last seasons.

I also try to grab Wade Phillips to coordinate my defense, if he goes to Houston it's a fail waiting to happen.

Phillips taking over Houston's defense is already a done deal. Rule him out of your offseason plans.
