Nicolas Batum practiced with the first unit in Portland for the third straight day on Thursday and it's looking more likely that he'll start at small forward on opening night. Brandon Roy supports the move, which would keep him at shooting guard. It's possible that Roy could start at the 3, moving Rudy Fernandez to SG, or Travis Outlaw could get the SF job.
