Let's just say Avery was the coach when Devin was the PG in Dallas. He's going to be a 12-5 player again. Not a superstar.

Avery I will give it is good at coaching defense.

But he always makes excuses, is not good with matchup issues (Golden State and Wade).

But I don't think the Nets are worried about going to the playoffs anytime soon so I guess it's okay
