yeah he was originally, but he just had some setbacks. partly because the Wizards suck. they didnt want to risk anything otherwise he would have been back in February

They want him back to see how the team looks full strength so they could see what they need to do in the offseason.
and the fans need some convincing if they want them to renew season tickets etc.
